Before installation of dust collection fans: check all parts of the fan, check whether the parts are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing are the same, whether the connection of each part is tight, whether the main parts such as the impeller, main shaft, bearing, etc. are damaged, whether the transmission unit is flexible, etc.
During installation: pay attention to check the case. There should be no tools or debris dropped or left in the case. In order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, some joint surfaces should be coated with grease or mechanical oil. The connecting surface of the fan and the foundation and the connection and surface of the fan and the air inlet and outlet pipes should be carefully adjusted to make them match naturally. Do not connect forcibly. Do not add the weight of the pipe to the components of the fan, and pay attention to ensuring the horizontal position of the fan.
